Kenneth Sampay solely operates the company and hopes to bring employment opportunities to people of color as the business EXPANDS.
The main objective of this service is to offer it at an affordable price. We have researched other Human Services Agencies, and they all seem to have one thing in common: charging more than what’s needed to get the job done. Earning your business and loyalty would be a pleasure, so we have implemented the NO STRINGS ATTACHED policy.

WHO IS KENNETH SAMPAY?
Kenneth Sampay is from Southern California and earned his Associate of Arts in Social Science, followed by a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies and Planning. In 2022 he completed his Master of Arts in Counseling at San Diego State University. While pursuing higher education, he built his credit score and others, helping clients and himself reach over $100,000 in counting available credit combined. He has a commitment to studying the law as it applies to credit, tenant rights, and other human services. Remains updated on policy changes and strongly believes that everyone can and should experience a No Cosigner Life.
